Preventive vaccines.
(a)
Medicare Part B pays for the pneumococcal vaccine and its administration.
(b)
Medicare Part B pays for the influenza virus vaccine and its administration.
(c)
Medicare Part B pays for the COVID-19 vaccine (or monoclonal antibodies used for pre-exposure prophylaxis of COVID-19) and its administration.
(d)
Medicare Part B pays for the Hepatitis B vaccine and its administration, as defined in § 410.63(a).
