Special treatment of certain hospitals located in Puerto Rico. Subpart G of this part sets forth rules for special treament of certain facilities under the prospective payment system for inpatient operating costs. The following sections in subpart G of this part do not apply to hospitals located in Puerto Rico:
(a)
Section 412.92, sole community hospitals.
(b)
Section 412.96, referral centers.
