Condition of participation: Skilled nursing facility distinct part unit. If the REH provides skilled nursing facility services in a distinct part unit, the services furnished by the distinct part unit must be separately licensed and certified and comply with the requirements of participation for long-term care facilities specified in part 483, subpart B, of this chapter.
