Section 3709.241. Minor may give consent for diagnosis or treatment of venereal disease, Chapter 3709. HEALTH DISTRICTS, Title 37. XXXVII HEALTH - SAFETY - MORALS, Ohio Revised Code Section 3709.241. Minor may give consent for diagnosis or treatment of venereal disease, Chapter 3709. HEALTH DISTRICTS, Title 37. XXXVII HEALTH - SAFETY - MORALS, Ohio Revised Code Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a minor may give consent for the diagnosis or treatment of any venereal disease by a licensed physician. Such consent is not subject to disaffirmance because of minority. The consent of the parent, parents, or guardian of a minor is not required for such diagnosis or treatment. The parent, parents, or guardian of a minor giving consent under this section are not liable for payment for any diagnostic or treatment services provided under this section without their consent.
