Drugs and biologicals are procured, stored, controlled, and distributed in accordance with federal and state laws and accepted standards of practice. Note: The hospital stores medications, including sample medications, according to the manufacturers' recommendations or, in the absence of such recommendations, according to a pharmacist's instructions.
